#ReleaseDay - #Review - Seeking Mr. Wrong by Natalie Charles

~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Review:

Seeking Mr. Wrong is the first chance I have had to read anything by Natalie Charles. I enjoyed her writing style and the story line had some interesting and unique twists that one would not expect.

Lettie Osbourne thought she had her life in order and everything planned out. Nothing ever goes according to plan though does it? First her husband to be cancels their wedding two days before they are suppose to exchange vows. Then she thinks she has a new children's book all ready for her editor. That plan doesn't work out either. Her publisher has been sold and they publish erotic books now. So Lettie goes from writing for her children in her classroom to trying to find the steamy in her imagination. I really liked Lettie. She is kind, good with kids, and trying to set her world straight again.

Eric Clayman is one of the good guys. He's kind, good with kids, and good at his job. He makes one lousy first impression on Lettie though. It was entertaining to read about.

I enjoyed getting to know both Lettie and Eric and watching them get to know each other. These two have a rocky start that leads to some tension and then passion. Things are certainly not easy for these two.

The story line was interesting with Eric and Lettie getting know each other, Lettie's new writing genre, some sketchy things happening in the school administration, and secrets that are revealed along the way. All in all it was an interesting story that kept me entertained.

I was given the opportunity to read this book and it has been my pleasure to share my thoughts with you.

BLURB:

Seeking Mr. Wrong by [Charles, Natalie]In this warm, charming, and hilarious romance, a kindergarten teacher and children’s book author attempts to write erotica—and sets out to find the right Mr. Wrong for some hands-on inspiration.

Lettie Osbourne has lived her whole life by the book. Sweet, predictable, and certainly not living life on the edge, she’s always been content to make a living as a kindergarten teacher who writes adorable children’s books on the side. After her fiancĂ© leaves her, Lettie decides she is perfectly content to accept her fate as mother to her beloved dog Odin and favorite auntie to her niece and nephew.

But then everything changes.

When Lettie’s publisher decides to sell only erotica, her editor convinces her to turn up the heat and throw some spice into her vanilla life. Lettie sets out to find the perfect man to inspire her writing...and finds him in her school’s vice principal, Eric Clayman. As Lettie and Eric grow closer and her writing gets steamier, she’s left wondering: is Eric Mr. Wrong? Or Mr. Right?
