#Review - Covert Alliance by Linda O. Johnston

I heard so many great things about Linda O. Johnston's work that I was thrilled to receive the opportunity to read Covert Alliance. All my anticipation and those glorious reviews were not over rated. I was engrossed in Covert Alliance from the very first page all the way to the very end. Then I wanted MORE! I must read more of this talented lady's books.

I loved the idea of the Identity Division that  Alan Correy works for. He has been placed in Blue Haven right in the middle of the government to see if he can figure out what exactly happened to the wife of a high power government official of Blue Haven. The last thing he expects is to run into Kelly Ladd.

Kelly just happens to be in the same time working on the exact same problem. Only she's not working in an official capacity. She has a person stake in finding information of the missing presumed dead lady. It's her sister! Kelly is also very concerned about her nephew. She isn't suppose to be in Blue Haven. She's suppose to be safely tucked away with a new mysterious life.

I admired Kelly from the moment I met her. This lady is smart, courageous, independent, and holds a bit of a grudge. She's also protective so she is out to make sure nothing happens to her nephew.

Alan and Kelly end up working together. While they work together their friendship grows into attraction then quickly turns into heated passion.

This book is full of drama, suspense, mystery, intrigue, and romance. Linda O. Johnston has written an incredible exciting story that captivated my attention, held me on the edge of my seat, stole my breath away, and then left me with that wonderful happy feeling.

I know I can't wait to get my hands on more of her work and soon. She is very talented with unique story lines and characters that I bonded with.

I was given the opportunity to read this phenomenal story so that I may share my thoughts with you. As always it has been my great pleasure to share my thoughts with you on Covert Alliance.
