Review:
Oh Wow where do I start with this book? I was hooked from the beginning to end. This is one of the stories that you start reading and just have to know what is going to happen next, so the pages fly by. Irresistible You is not only a steamy romance story there is family relationships, team players getting to know each other, friendships, and did I mention the HOT romance? This book has it all and is one great read. I think Kate Meader could quickly find her way to the top of my must read list.
Harper Chase is smart, loves her job on her family owned hockey team and is really good at it. She knows how to run a team, to keep them motivated, and when to kick their rear ends into gear. Harper has recently lost her father who has followed through on my making life hard for his daughters even after his death. He sets a plan in place that all three sisters must do in order to keep the hockey team.
Remy “Jinx” DuPre has been traded to the Chicago Rebels and he's not pleased. He drags his feet, doesn't show up where he is suppose to be, and is just a all out pain in Harper's rear end to start with. Remy isn't exactly the playboy he is portrayed to be. He loves his family and is always there when they need him. He's a great team player too and has a way with getting the team going. This guy is good at hockey and wants to show his best season before he retires.
Harper and Remy don't start off on the best footing. Harper puts her foot down but Remy doesn't mind throwing his foot down too. There is certainly friction between these two that leads to some extremely hot and steamy passion when they give into their attraction. I enjoyed watching Harper and Remy's relationship grow from intense friction between them into passion.
Remy's team mates all made an effort to get to know him and accept him into their "family". They accept him as one of their own right away. They play well together on and off the ice.
The three sisters are all from different backgrounds, have had completely different relationships with their father, and really don't know each other all that well. They are thrown together to make this team work or lose it. As the story goes on they go from almost complete strangers to true sisters that have each other's back.
I can not wait to see what Kate Meader comes up has in store for the next book in The Chicago Rebels Series. I'm sure it will be a stupendous read. I know I will be anxiously awaiting it's release.

Two things happened simultaneously:
Harper’s eyes went wide, and Remy realized he was cold. Both of these things
were related.
He’d answered the door completely
naked.
And his boner was back, urgent as
ever, though he wondered how long that would last because it was pretty fucking
chilly out here.
“I’ve interrupted something,” she
said, her gaze greedily roving his still-damp body.
“Only a pity party in my shower.”
She swallowed audibly, and just that
sliver of vulnerability had him ready to fall to his knees for her. She was
here, yet he had the distinct feeling that rushing her would be bad. This woman
was like a high-strung filly that needed gentling and every ounce of TLC he
possessed.
“Minou, talk to me.”
A shallow breath was followed by . .

first—Harper’s panic attack or his dick dropping off like an icicle—she spoke,
