#Review - Susana and the Scot by Sabrina York - Untamed Highlanders #2

I could not wait to get my hands on Susana and the Scot after Reading Hannah and the Highlander. I waited with anxious anticipation for Susana and the Scot to arrive. All that waiting and anticipation were well rewarded when I started reading the first page. Sabrina York never lets me down. I know when I open one of her books I am in for an awesome read with just the perfect amount of steam, drama, and romance to keep me well entertained from page one all the way through to the last page.

Susana is a fiercely independent lady with spunk and maybe just a touch of sass that sure did make for an interesting story. She is a widow raising an adorable mischievous daughter,  Isobel.  I found an instant bond with Susana. She has a touch of an ornery streak too. She sets up things to make sure Andrew and his crew aren't all that comfortable for their stay. She feels that instant attraction to Andrew but does her best to fight the feelings and push all the right buttons to frustrate Andrew.

Andrew Lochlannach has been sent on a mission to help protect his brother's new in-laws. He's the handsome playboy that has no problem at all attracting the ladies and usually is able to charm his way into their good graces. That is until he meets Susana. He's going to have to double that charm to get in Susana's good graces and then some.

I so enjoyed watching these two get to know each other and watching all that tension and frustration grow, develop into new feelings, and turn flammable and combust into an amazing display of fireworks .  The Chemistry between these two is incredible.

I love how Andrew interacted with Isobel too. That little girl is just way too cute and has no fear. I think she's probably scared a few years off Susana and Andrew's lives from some of the mischief she finds herself in.

There is drama, mystery, an interesting secret that is revealed, and suspense to go along with a really great romance story with the perfect amount of hot and steamy.  There are a few twists and turns that I certainly did not see coming. Each twist revealed major details or events, a few of those I did not see coming at al.  I don't want to tell you about the drama, the mystery, or the secrets. I don't want to spoil it for you. So grab your copy of Susana and the Scot, find a comfy place to sit, and start to devour this fabulous book.  I think you are going to love it. I know I certainly did.

I can't wait to see what Sabrina York has in store for Lana and the Laird. Her story will be out in March. I have a feeling it will be wonderful and well worth the wait even if I will be impatiently waiting.

I was given the opportunity to read this great story so that I may share my thoughts with you. As always it has been my great pleasure to share my thoughts with you on Susana and the Scot.
