SEAL'S SEDUCTION by Elle James ~ Take No Prisoners #6

SEAL's Section by Elle James is jam packed with all the things I love about this series. The drama and action starts on page one and grabs my attention right away. There is suspense that had me clinging to the edge of my seat with bated breath wondering what was going to happen next. Then there is the intense attraction between Dusty and Jenna that is so hot it tinged my fingers while holding my kindle. The characters are awesome and well written. I have loved this whole series and SEAL's Seduction is certainly no exception.

Dusty Ford learns of his father's illness on his return trip from a dangerous mission. Dusty of course takes off right away to be with his family while his father is undergoing surgery for his heart. I loved this families connection. You can feel the love they have for each other and the connection even if they are not always together they are there for each other. I love when a book includes the family members, it gives a better sense of the characters background. Dusty is on hot and courageous man that I wouldn't mind having on my side if I was in need of help. This guy and his brother are capable of kicking butt and maybe asking questions later.

Jenna Turner is one dedication independent lady that will do just about anything to get the story and to get it right. She finds herself in some dangerous situations to get the story and her cousin Toby is usually right there with her filming as they go. Jenn is also very family oriented. This girl is willing to put her life on the line to help her family. I don't want to tell you too much because it will spoil the story for you. I will say this is a great storyline that I had me completely captivated.

I love the chemistry between Dusty and Jenna. These two were high school sweethearts that spilt to go on to their different dangerous careers. When they give into the attraction they find that maybe that love from so long ago might still be just as strong as they always believed it to be. Like I said the attraction and passion between these two was hot enough to tinge my fingers while reading the story. WOW, Elle James does a great job of showing the chemistry with her characters.

Overall there was not a thing that I did not love about this book. I loved the storyline, the family connections, the reunion love story, the drama and suspense, the characters are awesome as always.
I hope that Ms. James might just give us a chance to get to know Dusty's brothers a little better, maybe with a story of their own. I have a feeling these two both have a love out there for them as well.

I was given the opportunity to read SEAL's Seduction so that I may share my thoughts with you. As always it has been my great pleasure to share my thoughts with you on this great book.

SEAL'S PROPOSAL by Elle James ~ Take No Prisoners series ~ Release Day Spotlight ~ REVIEW

I just finished SEAL'S PROPOSAL by Elle James. I have had a chance to read quite a few books in the Take No Prisoners series and I have loved them all.

Elle James has a way of writing a story that grabs my attention from the first page and holds on tight until the end. I read SEAL'S PROPOSAL in one setting. There was so much going on that I had to find out what was going to happen to Remy and Mitchell next.

Remy returns home from his current mission with another mission on his mind. He wants to ask Mitchell to marry him. However he has to convince this strong independent woman that they will make a great team for life.

Mitchell is busy with an escaped convict when Remy returns home. However when they finally get a chance to celebrate Remy's home coming they warm things up really quick.

Not only is this one wild ride of a dramatic story it's also a nice steamy read that will warm you up during the cold winter months.

I really enjoy Elle James' work. She is one talented lady that always writes a story that I can not put down. I can't wait to see what fun she has in store for us lucky readers next.

Like I said  SEAL'S PROPOSAL is part of the Take No Prisoners series but you will not have any problem reading it as a stand alone. If you have read the other books in the series though you will find this is a revisit with two of my favorite characters. Remy and Mitchell were in the very first book I had a chance to read by Elle James and their story is what hooked me on her writing.

I was given the opportunity to read this story so that I may share my thoughts with you. As always it has been my great pleasure to share my thoughts with you on this great story.

Excerpt:

"Hey, I just saw your fiancée on the news. Everything all right?"

Remy's pulse leapt. "Don't know. I'll get back to you." Dropping his phone on the couch, he dove for the television remote, clicking it on, and setting it on the local news station.

Images of the courthouse appeared on the screen, with gunmen and people scattering in all directions. In the background, he made out Mitchell's SUV. The image switched to a reporter pressing a microphone into Mitchell's face, asking her what had happened.

Mitchell's hair was pulled back into a ponytail and her face was grim. "No comment,” she said, and pushed past the reporter, her body tense.

The news anchor droned on about Rocco Hatch's escape as Remy absorbed what had just happened. He was reaching for his cell phone when the scrape of a key in the lock caught his attention. Before the lock twisted, Remy was there, yanking open the door.

Mitchell stood in the frame, her face tired, the knees of her suit trousers ripped, and a smudge of dirt across her face. Her lips lifted. "Hey."

"Oh, baby." He opened his arms and she fell into them. He eased backward and closed the door behind her, gathering her against his body.

"You're a sight for sore eyes," she said, her words muffled against his naked chest.

Her breath was warm on his skin, stirring his blood. "Yeah, and you're not so bad yourself."

She snorted and pulled back enough to give him a crooked smile. "I had planned on being home hours ago, having a gourmet dinner cooked, and lying naked on the couch for when you walked through that door."

His cock twitched at the erotic image. "We can still do all that." He waved toward the kitchen counter. "I have an Italian gourmet dinner. Your favorite pizza pie with pepperoni, onion, and black olives." As he spoke, he slid her jacket over her shoulders and let it drop to the floor. Then he slipped the buckle of her shoulder holster loose, and eased it too from her shoulders, draping it over the back of a chair.

"Now you're talking." Mitchell skimmed her hands over his chest and around to his back, dropping low to capture his ass in her palms, pressing him closer. "Miss me much?"

Already hard, his member nudged her belly, ready to skip right to their reunion sex. With every ounce of control he could muster, he set her away from him. "You should eat. I need my woman to have the energy to last all night long. And tomorrow we're on our way to Colorado."

Her hands tightened on his buttocks and pulled him back against her. "I don't want food. I want you." Flashing a sexy grin, she leaned up on her toes and pressed her mouth against his.

His control unraveling, Remy's blood heated and he captured her head in his hands, slipping the ponytail free. God, it felt good to run his fingers through her hair, and to feel her body pressed against his.
The tight buds of her distended nipples scraped his chest through her shirt and bra, and he couldn't wait to get her out of her clothes.

Sucking in a breath, Mitchell slipped her hands inside the elastic of his shorts and gripped his naked butt. "Aren't we a bit overdressed?"

SEAL'S PROPOSAL (A Take No Prisoners story) by ELLE JAMES ~ Review ~

I just finished SEAL'S PROPOSAL by Elle James. I have had a chance to read quite a few books in the Take No Prisoners series and I have loved them all.

Like I said  SEAL'S PROPOSAL is part of the Take No Prisoners series but you will not have any problem reading it as a stand alone. SEAL'S PROPOSAL is currently part of the SEALs of Winter: A military romance superbundle. I have not had a chance to read the other stories in this great bundle yet. However if they are half as great as Elle James' Seal's Proposal then you are going to love this set.

SEAL's Embrace By Elle James ~ Take No Prisoners Series ~

I have now had the pleasure of reading two books in the Take No Prisoners Series and I have loved them both. I think I could quickly become addicted to this series. Elle James does an awesome job of writing a great story that keeps me totally entertained and has me clutching the edge of my seat at times.

Ceasar Sanchez is truly a good guy. The more I read about this fellow the more I liked him. He is a charming man with a one woman guy mentality. He has a major crush on one of the nurses and is really cute about trying to get her attention. He's also one kick butt seal that can take on anyone to protect his country, his girl, or his team. I don't want to tell you too much about that part of the story but oh my did this guy kick some butt in this book. It was fun to read about and certainly had me flipping pages quickly. I could not wait to see how he was going to get out of the situation he was in.

Lt. Erin McGee one of Critical Care Air Transport Team nurses is a great nurse. She's a little man shy right now due to a recent break up with a jerk that cheated on her. She thinks she is content to stay single and gives it her best shot. Erin tries to avoid Ceasar but that man is persistent. I loved watching these two get to know each other. They also work well together when they are put under pressure.

This is a really awesome series that I can not wait to read more of. The good news is I have at least one more of these awesome books in my to be read pile. I can't wait to get to it so I may share my thoughts with you on it as well. If the books I've read so far any indication it will be great.

I like Elle James' writing style and story lines. She writes a very interesting story with characters that have me completely engrossed from the beginning.

If you have not had a chance to read the other books in this series I don't think you will have any problem read it as a stand alone. I have not read them in order and I'm not having any problem at all.

If you enjoy a fast paced, dramatic story with plenty of suspense and steamy scenes, I think you will enjoy Seal's Embrace. I know I certainly did.

I received the opportunity to read this book so that I may share my thoughts with you. As always it has been my pleasure to share my thoughts with you on Seal's Embrace
